Individual therapy

Space for you.

Space for you.

Space for you.

Your child can show up exactly as they are.

We’ll make room for what’s hard, what’s changing, and what they want next.

Start a conversation

In our 50-minute individual therapy sessions, the focus is entirely on your teen. We’ll explore what matters most to them—their goals, challenges, and their vision for their future. Together, we’ll ask the big questions:

  • What’s important to you right now?

  • What areas of your life do you want to improve?

  • How do you want to experience high school or college, and what do you want your future to look like after?

Our work will begin by identifying the patterns that have contributed to your child’s current challenges. Once we have clarity on our goals, we’ll begin to implement strategies to create lasting change. Therapy isn’t just about reducing anxiety or improving symptoms; it’s about helping your teen develop the tools to thrive, both now and in the years to come.

Whether it’s managing perfectionism, stress, or navigating social and academic pressures, my goal is to help your child unlock their potential and build a more balanced, confident life.

When We Meet

To accommodate your busy schedule, I offer flexible session times four days a week: 2 PM, 3 PM, 4 PM, 5:30 PM, and 6:30 PM (twice weekly). Sessions are scheduled weekly until we’ve made significant progress toward your goals, and we’ll determine together when it’s time to move into the maintenance phase of therapy.

For families who have limited after school time- I also offer local in-school sessions, schedule permitting.

As we work together, we will use questionnaires to get a baseline of how your child is doing and assess progress.

During our time together, we will affirm and build upon your child's strengths, learn new skills, and move towards nervous system safety.

Most clients and their families start to notice positive change within 1 month.
